All payments for Orbit Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle issues all receipts, handles tax collection, and processes all refunds on our behalf.
When you purchase an Orbit Pro subscription, your payment contract is with Paddle. Refund requests are fulfilled by Paddle and will appear on your statement as a reversal from Paddle.
If you purchase an annual Orbit Pro subscription, you are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
This 14-day period begins on the date your subscription payment is confirmed. Refunds requested after 14 days from the initial purchase are not available for annual subscriptions, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Upon refund of an annual subscription, your access to Pro features will end immediately.
Monthly Orbit Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel:
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. Refunds for annual subscription renewals that have already processed follow the same 14-day policy described in Section 2.
We will send a reminder email before your annual renewal date so you have the opportunity to cancel if you no longer wish to continue.

We will review your request and, if eligible, initiate the refund through Paddle. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We consider refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis in genuine exceptional circumstances — for example, if a technical fault prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period during your subscription. Contact us at david@foundryapps.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. UK consumers may have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. EU consumers may have rights under applicable EU consumer protection directives. These rights are in addition to, not instead of, our policy above.
