All payments for Orbit Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle issues all receipts, handles tax collection, and processes all refunds on our behalf.
When you purchase an Orbit Pro subscription, your payment contract is with Paddle. Refund requests are fulfilled by Paddle and will appear on your statement as a reversal from Paddle.
If you are not satisfied with Orbit Pro for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
You can cancel your Orbit Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:
Email us at david@foundryapps.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address associated with your Orbit account and we will process your refund promptly. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
