By accessing or using Orbit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Orbit is a web application that aggregates and displays space mission data, including launch schedules, ISS tracking, astronaut information, and space events. The Service offers both a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription tier with additional features.
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Space mission data is sourced from third-party APIs (Launch Library 2, NASA) and is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep data current but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed. Launch schedules are subject to change by the launch providers.
You agree not to:
The Orbit name, logo, and original design elements are our property. Space mission data is sourced from public APIs and belongs to their respective providers. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
